PomPaws Fosters is a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to closing the gap between what rescue groups need and what they can afford. Based in Houston, Texas, we support animal welfare efforts by creating a structured foster network, providing supplies and guidance to fosters, and hosting events and educational workshops. We also help network foster animals on social media and at events to increase visibility and adoption opportunities. By reducing financial and logistical barriers for both fosters and rescues, we aim to improve foster retention and animal welfare outcomes across our community. Our vision is to build a more sustainable and collaborative rescue culture—where no animal is overlooked due to cost, and every foster has the tools and support they need.

 

 

PomPaws Fosters supports rescue organizations and foster caregivers by building a foster support network that provides education, mentorship, resources, and collaborative partnerships to help more rescue animals safely transition through foster care.
