Eo’s story began on the shoulder of a busy highway, where a friend of mine spotted her standing alone—scared and in pain with a broken leg. She called me right away, and we rushed to bring Eo to safety. I couldn't just walk away after getting her off that road. We went straight to the vet, where we learned she had a broken femur.

At first, Eo didn’t trust me—understandably so. She was unsure, guarded, and scared. But once she realized I was there to help, everything changed. After just a few days of rest, love, and meds, she completely opened up and turned into the happiest, most affectionate little companion.

Eo is now fully healed and ready for her forever home! She’s never met a human she didn’t like—seriously, she adores people and soaks up attention like sunshine. While she was initially reactive with other dogs, we’ve been working on her confidence and she’s doing so well. Her reactivity is fear-based, not aggression. She listens to redirection, wants to please, and is learning that other dogs can be friends too.
